Payment Terms:
Terms of payment are within Patch Plaques and More sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Patch Plaques and More, payment must be received by Patch Plaques and More prior to acceptance of an order. Payment for products will be made by credit card, PayPal, Purchase Order, Money Order, Check, or some other prearranged payment method unless other credit terms have been agreed to by Patch Plaques and More.
Your order is subject to cancellation by Patch Plaques and More, at Patch Plaques sole discretion.
Return Policies:

Return any item in the original packaging within 21 days of receipt for a refund of the price of your product, less shipping and Artwork service. We will not refund or redo a product after 21 days of receipt. Shipping charges and Artwork service is not refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. To return your item(s) please first contact costumer support, pack them in the original box and include the invoice. Be sure to specify the reason for your return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or a Refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. Patch Plaques takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: Spelling errors, punctuation or grammatical errors from an artwork that is approved. Color matching, what you see on your monitor. Damage to the products arising after delivery.
